Shipping
Most items are shipped via UPS, USPS and FedEx. Some items are shipped by a third party.  See the "shipped within" information in the shipping section for each product.  Products being shipped to Alaska or Hawaii may take an additional 2-3 days of shipping time. 
 
HEAVY / OVERSIZE ITEMS:  Some items being shipped to residential addresses may incur an additional lift gate fee due to the size and weight of the item.  These items are packaged on a pallet and delivered by a heavy freight carrier (semi truck).  For products where a lift gate fee applies, it will be noted in the shipping section of the product.
We package your order so it will arrive in good condition but occasionaly items can be damaged during shipping.  Examine the packaging.  If the packaging appears to be damaged: 
     * If possible, note it on the delivery receipt (Bill of Lading) before the driver leaves. 
     * You also need to notify us immediately.  For heavy freight items (some doghouses, chain link kennels, etc), we ask that you provide pictures of the damages.  
For dog houses built by Dakota Wood Products, LLC, we will send new panels to replace damaged areas when possible.  If the damage is extensive, we will ship a replacement house.

Returns 

30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE:  If youare not satisfied for any reason, call us.  We will issue a return call number.  Simply return the item to us and we will credit your credit card or PayPal account for the purchase price.  Return shipping costs will be at your expense.  We will notify you upon receipt of your return with the refund information.  Please keep in mind, credit card companies vary in the time they post credits to your account. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
